The Belgian manufacturer of trailers for special transport and heavy haulage decided to centralize its storage facilities previously spread across three production sites in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland. At the same time, the entire logistics operation had to be reorganized more efficiently. The new warehouse needed space for 17,000 items and had to make them available to employees or customers in the shortest amount of time when needed.
